Muffins no microondas (com aquela receita do bolo na caneca em 5 minutos).
Basicamente usei a receita do bolo na caneca para fazer pequenos muffins. A única diferença é que em vez de usar uma caneca grande usei pequenas chávenas de café, onde dividi o conteúdo de uma caneca por pequenas porções.
Fiz o típico bolo de chocolate no microondas ( mais tarde coloco a receita original), mas decidi colocar-lhe algo diferente. Optei por na massa juntar algum chocolate em pepitas e coco ralado para "desenjoar" do doce.
Por fim, algum toping de chocolate com côco ralado por cima!
Sinceramente não sei se está bom ou não pois nem provei! rsrsrs
Espero que esteja minimamente aceitável...

Muffins in the microwave ( with that mug cake recipe in 5 minutes ) .
Basically I used the mug cake recipe to make small muffins . The only difference is that instead of using a big mug used small cups of coffee , which divide the contents of a mug by small portions .
I did the typical chocolate cake in the microwave (later put the original recipe ) , but decided to put her something different. I chose to join the mass in some chocolate nuggets and shredded coconut to calm down the sweet .
Finally , some chocolate toping with grated coconut on top!
I honestly do not know if it's good or not because neither tasted !
I hope that is minimally acceptable ...
